One of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors, both to our website and to our on-site location. Brooklands Farm shall implement and maintain all reasonable procedures to maintain our clients’ privacy and safety at all times.
Covid-19 Event & Wedding Policies
While we at Brooklands Farm will do everything possible to ensure that a planned event is successful, we will implement compliance with all laws and regulatory guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety during the COVID 19 epidemic.
The Retainer Fee (50% of venue fee) paid to reserve the date is non-refundable, as it is used for administrative and maintenance costs at the venue prior to the event. If any law or regulation is enacted that prohibits the Event from occurring or limits the occupancy capacity or format of the Event, Brooklands Farm and the Client may reschedule the event to a future available date or create an alternative event in accordance with federal and provincial laws and regulations. Under these circumstances, the Retainer Fee for the Event may be repurposed to a revised offering reflective of the allowed occupancy capacity at the venue.
By signing a contract with Brooklands Farm, the client acknowledges that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (or similar) exists in any public or private place where people are present. By holding this event, the client and their guests voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID 19 and agree not to hold Brooklands Farm, their employees, or volunteers liable.
