Our fresh, pure Muskoka maple syrup is officially ready for your table! We produce everything right here on the farm, boiling 40 parts of sap down to 1 part of gold. Curious about the process? Watch our syrup-making video here.

Farm History

The Riley family has worked the land on Brooklands since 1876. First as a Settler’s farm, later as a Dairy Farm, delivering milk around Muskoka Lakes, and more recently as a horticulture and maple syrup operation. In the last decade, the century buildings and gardens have been transformed into a spectacular destination event venue.
