Explanation of all inclusive pricing per person for the three typical styles of service:       (all menus are served with Dinner Rolls or Freshly made Country Bread with Creamery Butter)

Real Food, Hand Crafted” : We prepare all our foods from scratch, with integrity “Real Food, Hand Crafted”.  The wholesome quality of our food is very high, as we make everything fresh, from wholefoods, with great care.  We have never had a wedding yet where the bride and groom and guests have not lauded both the food and service.  A comment we often hear is “it was like fine dining restaurant quality food”.  We can if you would like provide a number of references from previous brides from both functions at Brooklands Farm and elsewhere.  I, being the Chef am personally at all weddings. 

  • Buffet style service pricing:                                                                   Your 4 hor d'oeuvres & 3 course dinner menu choices + 10% Service charge + $10.75 (All staffing, transportation, tableware, linen, coffee station) + 13% H.S.T.  Average cost $63.oo (minimum) - $78.00 (maximum) per person
  • Family Style Service Pricing:                                                                   Your 4 hor d'oeuvres & 3 course dinner menu choices + 10% Service charge + $18.00 (All staffing, transportation, tableware, linen, coffee station) + 13% H.S.T.     Average cost $71.oo (minimum) - $86.00 (maximum) per person  
    • Plated Style Service Pricing:                                                                   Your menu choices + 15% Service charge + $18.50 (All staffing, transportation, tableware, linen, coffee station) + 13% H.S.T.                                             Average cost $74.oo (minimum) - $90.00 (maximum) per person
      • Taste Testing:                                                                                      A taste testing, can bearranged at a suitable time for your convenience at El Pueblito, in Bracebridge after you have made a menu selection.  A charge for this service will apply,, but will be deducted from the first deposit if you book with us.             
      • Deposit Policy:                                                                                     A deposit of 20% of the total estimate at the time of booking is required. 50% of the balance is due 60 days in advance of the event. The final balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding when guest  numbers can be adjusted.
      • Cocktail Hour: Generally cocktail times run for about 2 hours, give or take. We suggest 4 to 5 hors d’oeuvres per person for a 2 hour period.  A variety of 4 or 5 different types of hors d’oeuvres makes for a good mix.  Please refer to our Hors d’oeuvres menu.  (The above quoted menus are based on hors d’ oeuvres being served on stationary platters, as opposed to being circulated around by service staff.  To have the hors d’oeuvres circulated by our service staff, an additional $1.80 per person, plus H.S.T. is applied.

      • Rentals: The above pricing is inclusive of all tableware, linen, cutlery, salt & pepper shakers, plates, water glasses, and wine/ beer glasses for the tables.  Any additional rentals required such as tables, chairs etc., we can organize for you.  As soon as we receive a deposit, we will place the order with the rental company and pay the deposit at that time.  A copy of the rental bill will be sent to you and charges added to the 2nd deposit. We can alter the numbers on the rentals within 7 days of the event should the numbers for any reason change.  Any debits or credits on the final accounting can be settled 14 days after the event.
